Internal checkered lining is 100% cotton with knitted inner storm cuffs for extra warmth and protection. Outer jacket (shell) is made from Light-Weight Cupra 100% waxed cotton. Other features include 2 hand warmer pockets, 2 front bellow pockets, 2-way heavy duty zipper with studded flap enclosure, color corduroy collar which is studded for optional hood (included), 1 large inside pocket, and 100% nylon lining trim. I received this coat from my wife, and there are several things wrong with it. First off, it is not Walker & Hawkes brand but is labeled Greenbelt. This is a classic bait-and-switch. Secondly, I have a 42-inch chest and am on the larger spectrum of medium, so judging by the size chart, I assumed the medium would fit snugly, or at least fit well. This is not so - even with a thick wool sweater I am swimming in a medium. And lastly, the zippers are of awful quality. They do not pull smoothly and get stuck quite often. The oilskin fabric is nice, hence the 2 stars, but I am disappointed with every other aspect of this coat. It is too much of a hassle to return it and I do not want to pay for international shipping, so I will eat this loss. Be warned.
